Where are you located?
I am located on the east side of Indianapolis at the Avalon Business Suites.
What ages do you service?
18+ only. There are no additional guests allowed so please be sure all parties (client and parent/guardian) are comfortable with being dropped off and picked up once service is completed.
If I am allergic or sensitive to the products you frequently use can I bring my own?
Yes! I am happy to accommodate you. If there are specific products you like to use please bring them to your appointment.
How can I be updated about cancellations?
By following my Instagram @that1stylist. I post openings on my Instagram story.
What products do you use most often?
Design Essentials, Mizani, Mielle Organics, Ebin new york, & Shine n Jam.
How do I cancel/reschedule my appointment?
To avoid forfeiture of deposit and in order to reschedule, your appointment has to be cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the start time of the appointment. Email email@example.com to communicate your cancellation and I will do my best to accomodate a new appoinement. See "policies" tab for more information.
My reminder email states a different time than what I booked, which time is correct?
The time stated on your original confirmation is your correct appointment time. If you have booked any add-ons, the reminder email may show you what time the add on starts and not the entire appointment. Always refer to your original confirmation for the correct time.
Can I edit my appointment after its booked?
Usually once your appointment is booked you cannot edit or add information through the website. Visit the "Contact" tab within 24 hours of booking your appointment if something needs to be changed. After this period, I cannot promise your change can be accommodated as supplies are purchased after this timeframe.
